We always begin with a one-on-one session with the leader, manager, or business owner. This session sets the foundation, clarifies the core dynamics, and tunes into the field of the business as a whole. You can book a single reading aimed at team dynamics without adding on a second reading and implement the information how you see fit.
What if I want the whole team involved?
If you’d like to bring in the wider team, that will be scheduled as a separate follow-up session. You can choose this option when booking.
Why start one-on-one first?
This ensures clarity at the leadership level and gives us a solid anchor before expanding into the dynamics of the full team.
Can more people join the one-on-one session?
No, the first session is designed to be just you and me. Team sessions come after and can include multiple people.
Can more people join the second session?
Yes. After the initial session, additional team members can be included in follow-up sessions. If your team has multiple people who should be part of the process, you can choose this option when booking.
How many people can join per session?
The session is designed for one person at a time, with the possibility of expanding to include others in dedicated sessions. For group work, each additional session focuses on the collective field and specific dynamics between members. Everyone will be heard.
Is it online or in person?
Both are possible. Online sessions are held via Zoom (with an audio recording). In-person sessions at your office are available by request, with travel expenses added.
